Our story

Every day, around 150 people in the UK hear the words ‘it’s breast cancer’ and every month the disease takes the lives of nearly 1,000 people. That’s one every 45 minutes.

Founded by fashion royalty, Ralph Lauren, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer has one simple mission: stop breast cancer taking lives.

“Over 20 years ago, I lost a good friend to breast cancer. I promised her that I would do my best to fight the disease that eventually took her life. And I have. My vision for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer was to unite the world of fashion as a force against this devastating disease." - Ralph Lauren.

Since 1996 Fashion Targets Breast Cancer has raised over £16million for breast cancer research.
